When I was riding, I had dry lips that no lip balm was able to protect to my satisfaction. My original vision was for a lip balm for men that was cool enough looking for a man to carry, yet effective enough to protect his lips from the outdoor elements, but my main goal was to offer a lip balm having the very best ingredients.

Charles Thoman
President and CEO

Charles was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. He has been riding
motorcycles since he was a small child. Over the years, he’s owned and ridden just about every make and model of motorcycle available, including Harley, Indian, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki. He loves anything with wheels for that matter. He is a dedicated motorcycle rider, who also loves anything outdoors.

Jim Walton
General Counsel and COO
Jim has been a licensed intellectual-property attorney for over 20 years. He specializes in patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Jim met Charles in 2019, when Charles approached him seeking help getting a trademark on HOGSTIXX(insert Circle-R). Jim loved Charles’ products and later partnered with Charles to bring you Stixx Solutions, LLC.
Craig Kerr
Sales Manager

Craig has been in sales and customer service for over 40 years. Craig came on board with Stixx Solutions in 2022 to help manage sales and distribution. If you’ve been contacted from some at Stixx Solutions, it was probably Craig.
